ミャンマーの介護人材と日本の介護施設をつなぎ、安心して長く働ける環境をつくります。兵庫県に根ざした人材紹介・登録支援機関として、求職者と受入施設の双方に寄り添います。 We connect Myanmar care workers with Japanese facilities, creating a secure environment for long-term employment. As a Hyogo-based recruitment and registered support agency, we stand by both job seekers and receiving facilities.

As a senior colleague sharing the same cultural background, they provide a comfortable space for consultation.
登録支援機関として、日常生活・職場で必要な日本語の学習を継続的にサポート。生活上の手続きや地域コミュニティへの参加など、生活支援も一体的に行います。 As a registered support agency, we provide ongoing Japanese language learning for daily life and the workplace, along with assistance for administrative procedures and community integration.
